We purchased a new home in Irvine Turtle Ridge in June 2012 and did some major remodeling. Part of the remodeling was to remove porcelain tile downstairs and install 1500 sqft new hardwood floor. The install included a custom build Maple stair landing and new baseboards throughout. We chose for hardwood flooring Anderson Virginia distressed maple since we wanted a high quality American product. Kevin provided an extremely competitive quote for a turn key install including removal of the old flooring. Due to the tight time line to move into our new home we had to schedule several contractors in parallel. Kevin accommodated the scheduling issues inflicted by some of the contractors who did not work to schedule as planned. He was throughout the process always very courteous and accommodating. We are extremely happy with the wood flooring and received many compliments from visitors to our home for the beautiful wood floor. We always would come back again to Kevin as customers without hesitation.
